The Springboro Panthers made a strong showing at The Links at Echo Springs Thursday, with both the boys’ Varsity White (score of 327) and girls’ Varsity Blue (score of 320) teams turning in competitive rounds at the New Albany Co-Ed Invitational. When combining team scores across both divisions, Springboro finished firmly in third place.

Girls Highlights

The Panthers’ girls squad proved once again that they are a strong team, finishing fourth in the girls division with a 320 (+32). Senior Kinsley Brown led the way, shooting a 75 (+3) for a fourth-place individual finish, and Senior Payton Bailey joined her in the top 10 with a personal best 78 (+6).

Boys Highlights

On the boys’ side, Springboro finished third with a 327 (+39). Junior Dylan Doherty paced the squad with a 78 (+6), followed by sophomore Benjamin Young (79). Sophomore Isaac Burt and senior Ryan Jones both shot 82s (+10), with junior Brock Ethridge (84) and senior Sean Mahoney (91) rounding out the lineup.
